Customer Testimonials
"I have worked with U.S. Oil and its staff for over 25 years; what does that say for a jobber’s customers? Well I have had many times that I could have switched jobbers. They (other jobbers) offered me things that got my attention, but one thing kept leading me back to U.S. Oil; first, the truth with no side talking. What they say, they mean. Second, they have helped my business grow and showed me how to be more successful by putting on many seminars and meetings and joining other c-store owners to gather and swap ideas. I could go on and on. Let’s just say after being in business over 39 years you get to learn a few things, and vendor support, loyalty, and trust mean a lot."

"U.S. Oil is one of my suppliers for fuel, and after working with multiple oil companies, I find most all of them bring the same fundamental programs and supplier support to the table. Where I feel U.S. Oil stands above the rest of the companies I have worked with or talked with is in their size, knowledge, profitability, and customer service! The depth of knowledge within the organization is huge, and their willingness to step up and help their jobbers out is always there. Just ask, you will get a reasonable answer! Not saying you will get the answer you want, but after review you will find it reasonable. From government regulation to support and training, the level I feel U.S. Oil can and will perform to is outstanding!"

Since I have joined the U.S. Oil Company group (now U.S. Venture) I have been taken care of, as an owner of a Convenience store, far better than my previous fuel provider in numerous ways. First, the U.S. group is a joy to work with, sometimes even fun, so it makes it a pleasure to work with that team. The previous company did very little in offering training, seminars and various ideas to promote my business. Since I have been with U.S., I have had numerous training opportunities with items such as the new COMM 10 rules and regulations, U.S. coordinated efforts to bring each c-store owner to the state capital to talk to our state senate, etc., to let them know how decisions they make impact our business. I have been invited to many U.S. coordinated seminars attached to larger events, as well as asked for my input on many issues that have helped to shape the way U.S. approaches its customers (that’s me)
I also feel strongly that U.S. stands behind the commitments they secure and are a fair company to work with. I had initial concerns working with U.S. Oil, thinking that their size (too big) may be to my disadvantage. Although the company is large, I am always able to find a person who can make a decision in an appropriate amount of time.
The customer service team at U.S. that takes care of our store is a great group of individuals that would make any newcomer happy to join in. The team does a great job of broadcasting information to keep all informed.
