U.S. Oil Co., Inc. was recently named one of the top privately held companies in Wisconsin, according to a report released by leading accounting & advisory firm, Deloitte & Touche.

The Deloitte report annually ranks the largest privately held companies per state by revenue. U.S. Oil landed at number eight on its 2009 Wisconsin 75 listing. Criteria for qualification in the report include: $50 million in annual revenues, headquarters in the state of reference, and have majority ownership by employees, family or individuals.
