U.S. Oil is concerned for the health and well being of its valued associates and their families. When problems develop, the company wants to encourage individuals to seek help, whether those problems are work-related or not.
The goal of the Associate Assistance Program is to provide confidential assessment and referral services to associates and their families.
ELIGIBILITY: Regular full-time and part-time associates and their immediate family.
EFFECTIVE DATE: The first day following thirty-one (31) days of employment.
COST: The Company pays the full cost (6 visits/sessions per episode per year).
Associates may be referred to providers whose services may or may not be covered under the health program.
BENEFIT: The AAP is a voluntary program offering confidential assistance to associates and immediate family members with personal problems. Problem areas may include marital/family difficulties, stress, parenting, substance abuse, financial concerns, and depression.
Associates with personal problems are encouraged to use the AAP before health and/or job performance is affected.
Associates can receive assistance by contacting the St. Elizabeth Hospital EAP staff at 1-920-730-5339 or nationwide 1-800-894-9327.
Strict measures are taken to protect the associate's confidentiality.
