The goal of the program is to provide quality legal advice/counseling to associates at competitive rates. Services are provided through Hyatt Legal Plans, Inc. Rates are subject to change.
ELIGIBILITY: Regular full-time associates, and part-time associates with over 5 years of service and 1000 hours worked the previous year.
EFFECTIVE DATE: The first of the month following thirty-one (31) days of employment.
COST: Premiums are deducted from the first two paychecks each month. Current rate is $9.00 per payday ($216 annually).
This plan does not offer single and family rates; you either elect or waive coverage.
Once an associate elects coverage under the legal plan they are required to stay in the plan for one full calendar year.
BENEFIT: Benefits vary depending upon the services needed and rendered.

Hyatt Legal has open enrollment annually in December for January 1
TERMINATION: Coverage terminates on the last day of the month in which the associate works.
