The matching gift program encourages associates to contribute financial aid to institutions, which serves the survival needs of people, educational institutions, alumni associations, hospitals, cultural organizations, and other eligible 501(c)(3) organizations of your choice.
ELIGIBILITY: All associates.
EFFECTIVE DATE: After thirty-one (31) days of employment.
BENEFIT: The gift must be personal contributions made in cash.
A minimum individual contribution of $50 to any organization must be made in order to qualify for the matching gift. The foundation will match 100% of such contributions of eligible persons up to a total of $300 per person per fiscal year (August 1 to July 31).
In addition, if total contributions exceed the maximum amount appropriated for the program by the Foundation Directors in any given period, the contribution to be made by the Foundation may be apportioned by the Directors in such a manner as they consider equitable.
