The purpose of this program is to provide an individual training and education program for each associate which will in turn increase associate satisfaction, improve customer service, improve financial results, and prepare the company for the accomplishment of its key strategic directions.
ELIGIBILITY: Regular full-time and part-time associates.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Regular full-time associates must be in current position for ninety (90) days before plan can be completed.
Part-time associates are eligible after two (2) years of employment and have a minimum of ninety (90) days in current position.
BENEFIT: Upon completion of an approved Personal Growth Plan, an associate is eligible for 100% payment, up front, for seminars, workshops, and college courses listed on the plan. Each individual training event must be approved prior to registration.

* Full-time associates with an approved advanced degree program have a limit of $3,600 and bachelors programs have a limit of $2,500 (unless the associate has a higher group limit). These limits are for a calendar year.
