We are proud of the many associates who go out of their way to make U.S. Oil a better place to work.  To thank them for their positive attitudes and the goodwill they generate, we have created the Positive Attitude Club.

ELIGIBILITY: All associates.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately upon employment.

BENEFIT: Nominees should be associates who:

1.   Create a positive atmosphere within the company with their fellow associates.

2.   Demonstrate unusually creative, innovative and/or resourceful ideas that form a positive work climate.

3.   Be service oriented toward customers and/or fellow associates.

Each month, a selection committee, composed of the last three (3) PAC winners, considers everyone nominated and selects a winner.

Winners are recognized by having their names engraved on a traveling trophy, receiving a personally engraved trophy, and being awarded a $25.00 gift certificate. They also get to pick out their own parking place and reserve it for the month.

Every associate is encouraged to nominate those who are deserving.

TERMINATION: Awards are made only to associates who are currently employed and in good standings.
