Discounts are a benefit that can save an associate many dollars.  It is also a benefit that can be easily abused.  Abuse will subject the associate to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

ELIGIBILITY: Regular full-time and part-time associates.  Spouses and dependent children with proper identification are also eligible.

EFFECTIVE DATE: The first day following thirty-one (31) days of employment.

BENEFIT: U.S. Tire and Exhaust has the following policy:  Every associate employed with U.S. Oil Co., Inc. has the opportunity to purchase automotive parts at a consistent, discounted price.  The discounted price given to associates is non-negotiable.

Associates will have three different payment options:  cash, check or U.S. Oil charge.  Associates who do not currently have a U.S. Oil charge card can apply for one through the Customer Financial Services Department in Combined Locks.  Approval, by normal credit application, will take up to two (2) weeks.

TERMINATION: All discount privileges terminate on the last day of employment.
