U.S. Oil's continuing growth and prominence in the marketplace will be a direct result of the individual and collective efforts of our associate.  In recognition of that contribution and service, U.S. Oil offers a Service Awards Program to recognize associate anniversaries every fifth year.

ELIGIBILITY: Regular full-time and part-time associates.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately upon employment.

BENEFIT: As of the fifth (5) anniversary, associates will receive a pen.  Beginning with the tenth (10) anniversary, and for each subsequent five-year incremental anniversary, associates receive a brochure identifying available gifts from which they can select.

Associates completing 25 years of service will also be eligible to receive a company ring or a gift selection.

TERMINATION: Awards are made only to associates who are employed in good standing on the date of the event.
