The goal of the vision program is to provide quality eye care to associates at competitive rates. Services are provided through Vision Insurance Plan of America (VIPA).
ELIGIBILITY: Regular full-time associates.
EFFECTIVE DATE: The first of the month following thirty-one (31) days of employment.
COST: Premiums are deducted from paychecks on a pre-tax basis. Current premium levels can be seen on the pipeline, or U.S. Oil’s web page.

TERMINATION: Coverage terminates on the last day of the month in which the associate works. Participants are eligible to continue this plan under COBRA.
