U.S. Oil's motto is "Not just in your community, but part of it"® and it mirrors the company's commitment to being a good corporate citizen. We live this philosophy every day by encouraging, recognizing, and rewarding our associates for their volunteer efforts.

As a corporation, U.S. Oil Co., Inc. sponsors an annual golf outing to help fund several programs at the Community Foundations for the Fox Valley Region and Green Bay. Since the golf outing's beginning in 1986, U.S. Oil has raised over $6.7 million for local charities.

As individuals, U.S. Oil associates are encouraged to volunteer their time to a variety of charitable, educational, civil, religious, and social organizations in the community. Since we began tracking the volunteer efforts of our associates in 1998, we have averaged 8,500 hours per year. Below is a recent event of which we are particularly proud:

Recently, a group of U.S. Oil Associates teamed together with over 200 volunteers and refurbished the homes of nine elderly and disabled Fox Valley homeowners.  Repairs were coordinated by Rebuilding Together Fox Valley with all the costs covered by donations from U.S. Oil and other local business and organizations.  The U.S. Oil/Express Convenience Center home was transformed from a worn-down, older dwelling to a renewed happy home.  Completed repairs will allow the 90+ year old woman continue to live in safety, warmth, independence, and dignity.  Other U.S. Oil associates helped at other homes to bring repairs to additional need neighbors.

These are only a few of the community volunteer efforts that U.S. Oil associates contribute to every year. Which is why we say that we are "Not just in your community, but part of it."®
